The Breeding Seed must be rezzed on the ground, where it is rezzed will become the teleport point for individuals teleporting from the HUD. Use of the item requires the location have a maturity rating of Adult; and based on the size of the location, will give the option of Garden or Forest and to list Publicly or Privately. Once the item has confirmed creation, it will grow into a tree; at this point you may pick the item up or delete as it is no longer needed.
