You received an error, then we're already looking at it; almost every error that occurs is logged and we are always monitoring to provide prompt resolution to the issue!
This page will provide a general explanation for errors, attempt to address specific errors where necessary, and explain what they mean to you and what do to when encountering : Most errors do not mean the HUD is broken, just a specific functionality is not working as intended; what to do and not do is summarized in this list:
- Vending yourself a new copy will NOT resolve your issue; errors are generated from the backend and will not resolve by you getting a new copy.
- Reporting the issue in the Discord channel or directly to any of the developers or task force members can expedite the resolution process; though we are always watching, giving steps to reproduce the error helps.
